Dr. David L. Heffer

Rochester native, David Heffer is a third generation chiropractor. Both of David's grandfathers, his father and several other family members were Doctors of Chiropractic. Following the family tradition he graduated cum laude from Life Chiropractic West in 1993 and joined his uncle's practice in Rochester, NY. With the help of his family including his wife, Dale and children, Daniel and Dalenna he went into private practice in 1995.

Dr. Heffer enjoys helping his patients regain their health through the exclusive practice of the Activator Methods Chiropractic. As an associate instructor with Activator Methods, he also enjoys helping other chiropractors improve their own skills in the method.

When he is not working in his office, David participates in a community jazz band which provides entertainment at local charity events, and also has served many years on the local library board prompted by a life long love of reading!
